The Role:
The Execution Planning Team Lead will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Assets, functions and within the Cost and Engineering team.

- Optimizing and driving execution performance across the value chain through the integrated master planning system (IMPS), to meet the business plan goals. This will be achieved through short term lockdowns schedules (30/60/90 day) and 1 year TIL outlooks.
- Central tracking and reporting on cycle time performance and manufacturing health, including execution and inventory management.
- Lead the Integrated Master Planning meetings to drive out and review performance through the value chain.
- Coordinating in a structured systematic way the “management of change” to the schedule.
- Forecasting potential opportunities and risks to performance and proposing mitigations.
- Develop and run short and long term scenario planning using the IMPS to support business decisions and business planning
- Continuously improve the IMPS system, its functionality and scheduling activities to meet customers and business needs
- Solid knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software(migrating to P8.3)
- Focal point and deliver schedule assurance activities for the BU
- 50% weekly planning and tracking/50% Continuous improvement
- Will interact consistently with 4 functional(D&C/Facilities/construction/water) and 2 asset(Macro-level) planners
- Keys skills: Capital projects experience with demonstrated execution excellence critical/ Leadership and top notch client interaction skills mandatory

- Experience of 10-20 years desired but may consider high achiever with less
- Located in 1550 Coraopolis Heights Roadoffice
- Schedule is 5/40
- Looking to start someone ASAP
- Length: open-ended

This person is going to facilitate and drive schedule performance in each functional area(Water, construction etc..) so 50% is about driving the schedule across our value chain and the other 50% is focused on continuous improvement in our process.
