The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to assist the Deputy Director based in Darwin.

Responsibilities will include:
- Support/Assist Onshore Deputy Project Director (DPD) for day-to-day activities as an in-charge of administration assistants
- Maintain schedules and calendars for DPD
- Organise internal and external meetings for Project Management Staff
- Arrange business travel domestic/international and manage expenses as well as reconciliation for credit card
- Ensure the appropriate filing and referencing of all documentation of Project Management Staff
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc reports/tasks as required
- Attend meetings, coordinating meetings including booking of rooms, room preparation as well as slide preparations
- Assist and coordinate the development (includes typing, formatting, scanning, copying) of all Project Management documentation, e.g. procedures, correspondence
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
- Organise internal and external events
- Liaise with other departments coordinating/assisting tasks/obtaining signatories
- Liaise with external contacts
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Assisting in the input, processing, data management, monitoring and reporting of Project Management activities
- Establish and maintain document control records as per the company policy
- Update documents/reports as required
- Manage/process project correspondence (incoming/outgoing letters)
- Assist Executives/management to visit on Site

To be considered for this role you will hold at least a year 10 completion certificate (degree preferable) and have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Previous Project experience
Previous experience as a secretary or admin preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
