The Role:
Specialist Admin with knowledge and experience within required discipline.
Little or no supervision required. Support most senior executives (i.e., EVP, President, CEO), particularly in large organizations.
Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data.
Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others.
Has the ability to perform Internet research.
Work is generally of highly confidential nature.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to apply rationale and opinions to enhance business deliverables. Ability to take a wider perspective when making decisions.
Ability to persuade and influence.
Proven delivery of work to schedule.
May train and supervise other administrative staff.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Must be extremely organized and proficient in all MS Office tools.
* Must be able to represent the Project appropriately to the various Governance Steering Committees that include Directors, VPs & SVPs.
* Must be able to multi task proficiently and not lose sight of any tasks.
* Previous experience managing travel a must.
