Provide secretarial, executive and administration support to the overall daily operation for Special project Division in order for the task to be executed in an effective and efficient manner.
1) Research and report preparation : Conduct independent research for market BD purpose, prepare market research report, prepare and conduct presentation.
2) Secretarial : Coordinate meetings, appointments, office activities, discussion, calendars, travel & accommodation, prepare written materials
3)Communication and correspondence : update incoming and on-going correspondence including email, response and inquiries.
4)Record management: Filing system, cross reference system, database management, able to retrieve accurately for manual and electronic records.
5)Office administration : Monthly timesheet, calendar, claims, office supplies such as stationaries.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of experience in admin, secretarial and record management.
