The Role:
Key accountabilities • Overall support to the Regional President office with the Management Information and other data that may be required from time to time in coordination with the Finance team • Support to Communications and External Affairs Team with various tasks: • Quarterly performance data provision for the press releases • Various financial (Cost, Production, Revenue etc.) data on Client’s operations in the country • Timely update of VIP high level presentation pack on Client’s key operations in the Region • Coordination of all required analyses and financial data inputs for requests for external reporting • Support Head of Executive Office with coordinating various ad-hoc requests: • Requests on total cost, total investment, total revenue from one or all of the PSAs/HGAs that Company operates in the Region • Requests on preparing presentation based on various requests from center and region • Various top down cash flow analysis • Support for the process of management of My Plan and AOP for Regional President • Support to the Executive Office with organization of the Regional Leadership Team meetings • Provide assistance on any other ad-hoc requests of the Executive Office

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education - University Degree in Finance or related discipline
Essential experience and job requirements -Minimum one year of experience with operating and processing Management Information data or in similar field • Understanding of oil & gas operations essential • Demonstrated analytical and economic evaluations skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships in resolving issues • Proven communication skills with stakeholders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Desirable criteria & qualifications • MBA Degree • Experience in PPM teams • CIMA or other accounting qualification is a plus • Ability to present ideas and represent them powerfully
