The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Relocation Services (40%) Provide relocation services for expatriate employees, and international/interstate employees/agency personnel as per policies and guidelines. Services include;
• Book flights for mobilisation, demobilisation and home leave, including bookings for family members.
• Facilitate reimbursement of per diems, transportation and out of pocket travel related expenses.
• Arrange relocation shipping of personal effects via sea or road.

Liaise with service provide to ensure interim accommodation bookings are managed. Expatriate Administrative Support (60%) Provide administrative assistance and support to the Expatriate Counsellor, for expatriate employees in region, as per policies and guidelines. Services include;

• Coordinate move to the region and repatriation/reassignment at the end of the assignment term.
• Provide information and support for newly arriving personnel as required.
• Provide information and assistance with Chevron approved schools for dependents.
• Responsible for expatriate related filing, maintenance and archiving of files.
• Provide introductory letters, including letters of support and to facilitate visa applications in consultation with Chevron legal representation when required.
• Administer ASBU TEA approvals to facilitate expense processing for expatriates.
• Maintain expatriate spreadsheet and data reporting required to meet FBT, Tax and superannuation requirements.
• Update records and HR database information for the expatriate population, including overseas assigned. Process first level of approval for expatriate related invoices in Ariba and work with vendors to ensure correct information is entered.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiatary, College or University considered
5+ years

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Significant, proven prior administration experience required.
• Must be familiar with HR data and have previously used HR systems as part of their prior work experience.
• Ability to manage significant workload and prioritise.
• Exposure to logistics/flight and accommodation bookings and/or dealing with expatriate employees highly regarded.
• Approachable persona with great communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail as they will be required to monitor/track expenditure claims
