The Company:
Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. Our Client has operations in over 130 countries and has more than 95,000 employees worldwide.

The Role:
• Provision of administrative support to the Expatriate Advisers who manage a population of over 300 expatriates.
.• Processing of expatriate-related expenses claimed through employee entitlements.
• Archiving.
• Filing.
• Preparation of correspondence/ standard letters for expatriate/impatriate employees.
• Travel reservations.
• Booking of offshore, pre-expatriation and annual medical examinations.
• General administrative duties.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• High degree of proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAP HR ideal but not essential.
• Understanding of French ideal but not essential.
