The Role:
To provide expediting support to a developing Supply Chain department in a rapidly growing Operator

•To Ensure the availability of purchased materials and the relevant handling of documentation at established delivery points in accordance with order conditions and within scheduled time limits.
•Daily expediting from Maximo Reports to ensure the timely delivery of materials, whilst corresponding with vendors.
•Daily expediting from Maximo Reports to ensure the timely delivery of repair quotations, whilst corresponding with vendors.
◦Liaise woth Accounts Payable to progress Invoicing Queries
◦Chase POD's & Certification
◦Liaising with on shore and vendors
◦Update Invoicing and expediting report/ spreadsheet.
•Archive reports and correspondence.
•File expeditor copies of Purchase Orders.
•Conduct all activities within the company code of ethics, HSE Policy, Business Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Superior organisational and time management skills
◦Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
◦Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
◦Ability to travel locally to meet with suppliers and customers
◦Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
