The Role:
1. Monitors all POs required on site date, PO acknowledgement, and Inco term. Updates expediting webpage with status of shipments along the supply chain and at the freight forwarder. Communicates as necessary with all stakeholders (end users, warehouse, buyers) on any discrepancies or issues and to forecast deliveries needing special attention or increased manpower.
- Checks material certificates are supplied as required.
- Expedites shipments from both local and overseas suppliers to ensure material is delivered on time. Communicates/negotiates with relevant end users and suppliers to align the company requirement with supplier’s delivery potential. Focuses on high priority shipments (P1 and P2).
- Coordinates project material requirements with end users.
- Runs weekly expediting reports and analyzes data so as to understand common problems and assist in ensuring on-time deliveries from suppliers. Reviews planned deliveries over next 2 weeks and proactively communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Communicates as necessary with project and buyer teams on late deliveries.
- Works with buyers to decide on most appropriate shipping mode for materials.
- Coordinates with freight forwarders and Customs Representative for import and export of materials into/out of Thailand. Ensures goods receipt at the freight forwarders is done within agreed timescales
- Regularly solve problems between supplier delivery or scheduling commitments and end user requirements.
- Organize and direct individuals, suppliers and project teams to speed up or maintain schedules for complex projects as required while maintaining focus on company objectives and effective use of resources.
- Successfully expedite an order that results in significant improvement of delivery to meet all end user requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse for critical shipment, sensitive item, big shipment, GR, transportation.
- Support Finance’s KPI (Early payment, discount) by follow up GR with freight forwarders and warehouse
2. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or manager.
3. Provide report to all concern (end user, buyer, management).

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years experiences in expeditor, logistic, freight forwarder background
• Communication skills in English are required.
• Superior skills with MS Word and Excel and familiar with internet and computer applications are essential.
• Able to communicate both written and spoken in Thai as native language.
