The Company:
Our Client is a leading global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry. This well renowned organistation designs, manufactures and services technologically sophisticated systems and products such as subsea production and processing systems, surface wellhead systems, high pressure fluid control equipment, measurement solutions, and marine loading systems for the oil and gas industry.

The Role:
• Amending and adding new vendors on to SAP.
• Raising, amending, printing and expediting of PO’s.
• Follow through on all vendor related service issues including quality and timing.
• Report on vendor performance, completing KPI’s as required.
• Reception cover.
• Phoning vendors to request credit notes.
• Liaise with internal customers and work closely to fulfil their requirements.
• Actively participate in internal process improvement.
• Participation in all base Health and Safety initiatives.
• Extensive communication with all personnel.
• Perform miscellaneous supply chain functions as required by the Supply Chain Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good secondary education preferred.
• Relevant Purchasing or Materials experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent PC skills required and SAP experience preferred.
