The Role:
•Raising, amending, printing and expediting of PO’s
•Follow through on all vendor related service issues including quality and timing
•Report on vendor performance, completing KP’s as required
•Create and publish weekly progressing reports
•Phoning vendors to request credit notes
•Liaise with internal customers and work closely to fulfil their requirements
•Actively participate in internal process improvement
•Participation in all bade Health and Safety initiatives
•Extensive communication with all personnel
•Perform miscellaneous supply chain functions as required by the Supply Chain manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
•Good secondary education
•Relevant Purchasing or Materials experience
•Good Communication Skills
•Excellent PC Skills required and SAP experience preferred
