The Role:
follow up materials or equipment to arrive point of destination timely with ensure vendors perform relevant contractual obligation to meet company’s requirement and in accordance to government rules and regulation.

Key Accountabilities:
• Plan and follow up delivery with vendors to ensure materials and equipment are arrived timely with minimize discrepancy and damages and in accordance to government rules and regulation.
• Assess into details Monitor Ensure vendors comply with P.O. delivery terms and conditions to avoid delay in delivery.
• Act as focal point of coordination with material sourcing staffs, customers and vendors to clear pending materials receipt from damage/discrepancy timely with company benefits.
• Initiate progress meeting with vendors as and when required to update or discussion on the delivery progress.
• Prepare expediting weekly/monthly report on regular basis to customers to update purchase order delivery status and support customers monitoring purposes.
• Coordinate vendors to provide us for track performance of purchase orders from manufacturing to delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate logistics staff with appointed freight forwarder to ensure delivery as per agreed schedule.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors to get strong support both normal delivery and short notice delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics, Business Administrative or equivalent professional qualification in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in procurement, logistics or supply chain management in oil and gas industry especially in Joint Operating or Production Sharing environment.
• Good understanding of upstream oil and gas operations.
