The Role:
Job Summary :

- New Market Development : Lead market forward planning. Provide the marketing expertise to support the specification review, business case analysis, finalize production specification and business processes, model line-up, project volume, product life cycle, start-of-production and start-of-sales timing,
- Export Management : Support customers to achieve their business requirement; improve business processes; maintain customers satisfaction to continue ordering as well as increase production volume.

Job Responsibilities:
- New markets review: Perform the initial assessment of new markets to determine if that the conditions for a viable business case exist. This will require the coordination of marketing review meetings.
- Competitive produce review: Keep an up to date database, detailing competitive product information and an analysis of differences in option and specification level.
- Produce program development: Assist in new product program development to ensure that all market requirements are achieved. This will ensure coordination with potential National Sales Companies.
- Provide the marketing expertise to support the specification review, business case analysis, finalize production specification and business processes, model line-up, project volume, product life cycle, start-of-production and start-of-sales timing.
- Initiate new markets to increase volume of current truck lineup.
- Expand export market territory.
- Support customers to achieve their business requirements;
- Lead to improve business processes to support customer satisfaction;
- Coordinate with both internal and external support team to develop/process customer requirements;
- Follow up GMTh supported functional teams to fulfill customer requirements;
- To maintain customers satisfaction to continue ordering as well as increase production volume.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing related studies.
- Postgraduate qualifications in marketing, business administration or planning preferred.
- 5 years experience in marketing, sales or / and project development fields, with exposure to the vehicle industry preferable.
- Ability to analyze forward marketing trends and align this into the long-term strategy of the organization.
- Ability to function as part of a team developing new initiatives and both exercise sound independent judgment and listen to the opinions of other team member to ensure that the correct decisions are made.
- Have a proactive approach and customer focus.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills to ensure adequate control and development of projects.
