The Role:
This role is to plan, manage and direct the company’ regional business for hydrogen peroxide and per acetic acid in order to achieve sales targets as well as recommend pricing policies and strategies. As well, this role is to provide accurate and timely market information to Management and assist in preparation of marketing plans and strategies for the region. It is also expected for this role to develop new business in the Asian region and to promote the company’s products and services in new market including to provide support to all regional customers.

The main responsibilities of this role are to :

• Participate in planning, coordinating and managing the international sales performance
• Assist in recommendation of pricing policies and strategies
• Be responsible for providing accurate market information and assist in preparation of marketing plans and strategies
• Coordinate with various internal departments, external customers and distributors for sales performance management and new sales development

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Degree in Industrial Chemistry Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Have minimum 3-5 years of marketing & sales and commercial experiences in chemical or petrochemical industry. Experiences in food and dairy/aseptic packaging, pre-electronic/electronic industry, per acetic acid disinfectants and pulp & paper are preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese speaking is a plus
• Good computer skills such as Microsoft Office application
• Competencies required: leadership, communication and negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, teamwork
• Able to travel overseas
