The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
To achieve the overall UK feeder factory profitable order input worldwide and to develop and implement a strategic growth plan to achieve company growth goals.

 To ensure profitable orders, in line with BU RR procedures and LBU strategic plan.

 To identify, select and develop focus countries to achieve annual growth and target plans.

 To negotiate with PG Sales Managers/Countries on target and growth, influencing countries to sign up for budget figures and gaining their commitment to deliver against those budgeted figures.

 Sales initiatives – to develop, implement and drive factory initiatives through focus countries and BU.

 To manage, develop and drive the PMU FF sales force.

 Work with Product Managers to develop business case for new product introduction and give appropriate market feedback.

 Ensure sales organisation delivers consistently high levels of customer service and strives for continuous improvement of Net Promoter Scores.

 Maintain highest level of focus on Health and Safety and Integrity.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Leadership and communication
 Proven sales track record within instrumentation business.
 Experience in dealing with different countries and cultures.
 Enthusiastic and creative.
 Strategic planning and process implementation.
 Ideally engineering degree/background, ideally with 10 years’ experience in a technical sales environment [5 years being spent within sales, 5 years in sales management].
