The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
Reports to : Production Support & Engineering Manager
Liaises with : Production Support Department, Drawing Office

Function:
The Fabrication Co-ordinator prepares construction work packages in line with the plan inclusive and subcontractor work packages.

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to Company Policy and procedures.
• Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental awareness (e.g. responsible for own and others safety).
• To perform tasks which may be requested by Management, from time to time.
• To ensure adherence to Company Policy.
• To prepare construction work packages for structural comprising drawings, cutting sheets and summary sheet with planning data.
• To record receipt of fabrication drawings from the drawing office and issue data to DCC. To update the timekeeping system with Workpack number and account code numbers. Individual risk awareness within job role.
• Identify and highlight any further training requirements of their personnel.

Training Requisite:
• Computer Training Courses. Safety Awareness.
• Coresys
• Mitrefinch training database.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Competency Requirements:
• Successful SHE Induction.
• An understanding of company Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental systems & programmes.
• Communicate in a positive manner with personnel.
• Structural experience.
• Must be computer literate.
