The Role:
•Respond to all business requests received in person, phone, or e-mail
•Raise required requisitions, service entries, goods receipts & appropriation requests in SAP
•Review & process FI monthly invoices in SAP
•Process of all (onshore)/Remote Sites (offshore) Invoices on a monthly basis
•Check & Prepare backup documentation for Finance for Aberdeen & TGT on a monthly basis
•Send Invoice request for split of buses to Finance on a monthly basis
•Deal with any C-bay issues/requests on a daily basis
•Carry out any Contract Manager duties for Wildhearts on a daily basis
•Liaise with the business & Wildhearts on any issues/requests for Stationery on a daily basis
•Liaise with the business & Printagraph on any issues/requests for Business Cards on a daily basis
•Liaise with the business and Whytes Coaches on any issues/requests on a daily basis
•Liaise with the business & FitNut on any issues/requests on a daily basis
•Deal with any furniture requests from the business
•Liaise with Claremont for any furniture requests, quotes or placing of orders
•Overall general Administrator for C-bay, Planet FM, Tririga, Workstation Safety Plus & Sharepoint
•Carry out Fire Marshall Duties as and when required
•Liaise with the F & S teams on a day to day basis and provide support when required
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports
•Maintaining of department databases
•Carry out supervisory duties for the Mailroom, Reception & Response Desk Staff
•Provide cover for reception/response desk when required
•Attend any necessary meetings/training courses
•Attend & chair weekly office moves meeting
•Liaise with the Business & Space Solutions on any office space requests
•General day to day Admin Duties for the department

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of using SAP
Administrative experience
