The Role:
To assist the Facilities Lead and Facilities Coordinator in their role to provide facilities and services to the London office. This position will be primarily 4 hours per day (1-5pm) but there may be the additional requirement for holiday and sickness cover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Man reception & issue visitor security passes
- Field phone calls & deliver messages
- Conference room booking
- Hospitality for the conference rooms
- Delivery of post to individual desks
- Sending of mail including Courier/Fedex.
- Organise and clean coffee area/kitchen
- Cover duties as required for lunchtime/breaks
- Assist other team members in day to day tasks.
- Ad hoc administration and projects as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Core Technical Experience:

- Advanced software skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient planning and organisation skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong administration skills

Personal Characteristics:

- Customer focused, exhibiting a reliable and responsible attitude
- Excellent communication and good time management skills
- Reliable and responsible attitude.
- Timely response to requests.
- Confident and flexible manner.
- Contributes effectively working within a team environment.
- Previous experience of Statutory Compliance.
- Able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative.

Other:

- Compliance to company policy's and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
