The Role:
•Report directly to the Facilities Project Manager in an “Aide-de-camp” role.
•Complete special assignments in the area of execution studies, reports, and trending analysis.
•Serve as the interface with the Project Staff Planning & Control (PSPC) department and the HR department in staffing activities. Coordinate with PSPC to keep data base current. Prepare staff requisitions, screen candidates, coordinate internal and external interviews.
•Maintain the required on site dates register. Attend requisition status meetings and assist resolving any forecast late deliveries.
•Monitor engineering deliverables vs. contract obligations. Assist resolving any forecast late deliveries.
•Participate in construction contract development, bid evaluation, bidder site visits, and final selection.
•Prepare and maintain the project field orientation pamphlet.
•Participate in development of site procedures.
•Assist in preparation of deliverables and general readiness for EDR/PHSSER, EPMR, and IPA reviews leading to successful FID approval.
•Manage all Tbilisi based clerical and administrative support staff.
•Support the three remote construction sites. Make regular site visits and assist in resolution of current field issues. Complete short term assignments at the sites to fill short-term staffing gaps or R&R coverage and for “squat team” support in resolution of major problem areas
•Provide support in hosting in-country project monthly reviews, workshops, executive visits, etc.
•Prepare and make presentations on behalf of the delivery team. Prepare input to weekly and monthly reports to Pipelines management and others as required.
•Field incoming miscellaneous requests to the delivery team, assist in assignment to the appropriate department or function or personally prepare response, and monitor close-out.
•Provide construction engineering support for the Tbilisi management team
•Interface with the SCPX pipelines group, WREP team, Georgia Region, commissioning, etc.
•Engage in the Project Risk and Change Management Processes.
•Contribute to the Project Lessons Learned Process and lead the preparation of the overall end of project report.
•Participate in contractor meetings and assist in management of construction contractors.
•Maintain, track, and assist in closure of delivery team action items, PIMS actions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Construction Management Degree Preferred.
•Alternative qualifications shall be considered with relevant experience
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas construction industry
•Minimum of 5 years of experience as execution focused project engineer or construction engineer in Oil & Gas.
•Home office pre-mobilization planning experience preferred
•Remote camp site project experience preferred
•Experience in cold weather climates preferred
