The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

The Facilities Engineer will be working on all Future model programs, and will be responsible for delivering company objectives within PP Facilities.
Reporting to the Production Planning Senior Engineer – Facilities, The Engineer is responsible for the procurement, installation and handover of a vast range of new/ modified facilities, jigs/fixtures/tooling across the site, to support both company goals and project deliverables. The deliverables are usually aligned by technological area and will involve close liaison with many people within the business.
The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that they operate in accordance with the site policies and procedures in respect of Health and Safety, in order to ensure the safety of associates and visitors.

Scope of the Role

During the next 12 months the Production Planning Facilities department must:
• Deliver all Facilities activities in line with the 2012/13 Key Goals
• Support the Security Upgrades Project
• Support all Civil Facility Projects
• Support all Assembly Facilities Projects
• Support all Assembly Test Systems Projects – PODS, ICS, Power, Test Aids, Diagnostics, UPS
• Support all Technology Facility Projects
• Support the launch MY programs
• Provide Facility support to all requests from Management Team
• Support the requirements of ISO/TS 16949

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in facility delivery role.
- Facility management experience within a manufacturing environment.
