Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Facilities Engineering IM Engineering Tools Analyst. In this 12 month position you will be responsible for the delivery and management of the Engineering Data and Systems for the operating assets and you will provide assistance to Major Capital Projects for all Engineering Data and Systems.

Other key responsibilities include:
• Support the Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) and Engineering Portal (EP)
• Support the data loading, report creation, data monitoring etc. for the EDW and EP
• Support the data cleansing effort for the EDW and engineering systems
• Provide solutions or workarounds to the software problems/bugs
• Provide support for the data collection and data management tools
• Liaise with Engineering Contractors for seamless delivery of Engineering Data
• Execute the MOC-F&O and Brownfield Project close-out process for Engineering Data
• Execute the technical change process management for Engineering Data
• Demonstrate awareness of safety by active participation
• Demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges
• Develop effective working relationships with FE and IS Support team members
• Promote education and awareness of the EDW and EP applications
• Provide training as necessary to any users of the EDW and EP

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 3-5 years oil and gas experience, combined with a broad knowledge of the Information Management domain and knowledge of Engineering Data tools in relation to business Information Management needs by both Client (Operator) and Contractor (External Service Provider) organisations; associated business processes, information products and limitations of Information technologies and processes.

Key experience and qualifications include:
• Degree in an Information Science or Engineering related discipline preferred
• Minimum 3 – 5 years IM experience on Major Capital Projects and/or Owner Operator environment
• Experience of working with External Service Providers, Vendors and Contractors
• Wide experience of DMS, Records Management, Document Control and Collaboration solutions preferred
• Understanding of the Operations Engineering Change/Plant process
