The Company:
Our client is a major international resources company with operations in both the Petroleum and Mining sectors.

This position is based within their Petroleum Divisions Australian Production Unit (including operating Onshore Gas Plants and Offshore FPSO's).

The Role:
Purpose:
To lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in providing technical support to the Oil & Gas Production Facilities.

Duties:
- Ensure collaboration between HSE, Operations and Subsurface teams across Production requirements
- Participate in Management Updates
- Oversee Engineering surveillance activities, root cause analysis and Management of Change activities
- Lead and mentor junior members with regards to Facilities Engineering requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Due to the job specific engineering requirements, it is envisioned that the successful candidate will have a background in the petroleum industry, ideally in offshore operations including process and marine systems.

Those with relevant Tertiary qualifications are preferred.
