The Role:
Fircroft Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a Facilities Management Representative to work for a Leading Global Information Technology in Riyadh

JOB SPECIFICATION & DESCRIPTION

1. JOB DETAILS
Position Title: Receptionist (Saudi National Only)
Reports to: Office Manager and/or Designated Person/Departmental Managers
Business unit/ Department: Office Support


2. JOB PURPOSE
Manning the Reception Desk during Business Hours (09.00 to 17.30 –5 days per week)
Point of contact for coordinating all visitors, guests, service agents, vendors and landlord agents
Coordination of all support services – mail, couriers, transport, logistics, maintenance, cleaning, hospitality
Maintaining all office supplies and equipment
Coordinate optimization of all service equipment – repairs & maintenance
Liaise closely with site management, Work Place Management (EMEA) and FM Services Company

3. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Liaise with Office Manager
Liaise with Work Place Manager (EMEA)
FM Support Staff
Vendors
Landlord Service Agents
3rd Party Service Contractors

4. WORKING CONDITIONS
Office based

5. JOB SPECIFICATION & DESCRIPTION

Maintain meeting room standards
Liaise with Office Support to keep clean
Coordinate/report maintenance/operational issues
Log maintained and requests handled
Coordinate service/supply vendors
Coordinate, log and raise Vendor PRs
Coordinate Canon MFD problem resolution
Log maintained and requests handled
Provide lunch booking details when requested
Log maintained and requests handled
Coordinate pantry stocking and issuing
Log maintained - PRs and GRs managed
Facilitate break time requirements
Maintain Lunch Room fit for use 24/7
Interface with Building Landlord services providers
Log all requests and visits and escort
Act as Point of Contact for FM Service Providers
Maintain log, report back and escort
Provide guest WIFI access details on demand
Log all requests and check availability
Point of contact for Work Place Manager (EMEA)
Be available and log action points

6. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties:
Daily supervision of Office Support staff
Daily supervision of visiting service contractors and or vendors

7. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
High School diploma or higher
