The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Management Team Lead to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator for a 6 month contract duration. The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of Front of House Team Members to deliver Reception, Visitor Management, Switchboard and Facilities Management helpdesk activities.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Manage of all aspects of Front of House Team Members to deliver Reception, Visitor Management, Switchboard and Facilities Management Services activities.
•Manage Facilities Management System and Facilities Management Helpdesk reporting and status health checks.
•Daily rejections & Variations
•Facilities Management System helpdesk training
•General administration supervision on building and business support
•Switchboard systems
•Visitors Management System
•Facilities Management related global address list
•HSE, Emergency Response plans and exercises
•Support Functions, Events and Displays
•Meeting room management
•Provide support to drug and alcohol services
•Facilitate IT contractor support
•First Priority Events such as data entry
