The Role:
This role reports to the UK Service Manager

1. Prioritise tasks for site facilities team on a daily/weekly basis
2. Ensure general maintenance for site upkeep are planned and completed
3. Set up a tracker to record tasks for facilities team other than HSE Hazards
4. Print off HSE hazards which are facilities related and prioritise for the facilities team
5. Liaise with the business units and co-ordinate any requirements for works that need to be carried out
6. Contact and arrange contractors, get 3 quotes, RAMS etc oversee job
7. Raise Purchase Requisitions
8. Point of contact for any storage requirements on site
9. Update and liaise with Country Facilities Manager weekly
10. Carry out Safety Observation Tours and Workplace Inspections weekly with a business representative
11. Write procedures and processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous facilities management experience
Health and Safety Qualification min IOSH ideally NEBOSH
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Problem solving skills
Able to take a broader approach and see the bigger picture
Good negotiator
Self motivated
Intermediate computer literacy
