The Company:
Is a major oil and gas operator.

The Role:
Manage project definition and implementation for US onshore / offshore facilities projects in the $5 to $20M range from preliminary engineering to start-up:

• Coordinate endorsement / approval of project deliverables per the Project Approval Matrix
• Develop funding, gate review and other project review materials
• Monitor and report project cost and schedule status
• Ensure the development and execution of project deliverables, including but not limited to the following

 Purpose and Objectives Statement
 Project Plan
 Project Design Basis
 Brownfield Assessment
 Facilities Design Basis
 Construction Plan
 Startup and Commissioning Plan
 Pre-Startup Safety Review
 Management of Change

• Review contractor / vendor work products to ensure adherence with the client's requirements
• Apply quality plan requirements to contractors / vendors
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates, review / critique cost and schedule estimates prepared by third parties.
• Provide input to bid package development and review
• Develop purchase order requests, coordinate material and service procurement
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Participate / lead operability

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
B.S. Engineering, 5-10+ years project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, domestic and offshore travel required
