The Company:
Subsidiary of major energy company, operating offshore gas fields and onshore gas processing terminals.

The role is Barrow based but will involve liaison with personnel and contractors across the business. The role will involve regular travel to the Heysham site and Suppliers.

The Role:
The Operations Support Co-ordinator is to manage Facilities contracts in accordance with the business strategy ensuring suppliers meet their obligation in line with the terms of those contracts, and to ensure the business requirements of property performance are being met.

The role holder will work closely with facilities contracts in accordance with the business strategy ensuring suppliers meet their obligations in line with those contracts. Ensure business requirements of property performance are being met. Manage and assist in the generation of Monthly reports, presentations and stakeholder communications. Provide an overall Facilities Management service that delivers Projects and daily tasks safely, on time and within budget.

Principle Accountabilities:
Support the Operations Support Manager in a variety of tasks including management and control of the FM budgets.
Ensure delivery of required statutory obligations, laws, rules and regulations, and any other contractual requirements set out in relation to the FM contracts.
Provide Technical Support to Projects and daily FM activities.
Build good working relationships. Lead by example.
Keep budget figures from escalating and show reduction in costs with higher performance/efficiency in areas.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and monitor/manage the SLA/KPI’s within the Contracts ensuring constant alignment with our business targets/requirements.
Influence and contribute towards innovative cost saving programs.
Support and participate in Environmental improvements.
Arrange and manage reviews, audits and quality assurance discussions/checks.
Ensure all documentation is correct in line with legislation, laws, obligations and ruling and ensure review, initiation and execution of such is delivered safely.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of Facilities Management.
Experience/Qualification in safe working practices.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Working packages.
Demonstrable experience of being able to sustain and build relationships with the client and key decision makers.
Ability to respond to a changing business environment and work under pressure when necessary.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification in Management/Supervision.
