The Company:
Oil and gas company (our client) is urgently looking for Facility Integrity Data Coordinator!

Candidates must have eligibility to work in RF. Fluent Russian& Intermediate English.

The Role:
EMPLOYEE’S FUNCTIONS
• Manages data in support of Integrity and Programmatics engineering teams
• The employee shall be responsible for poor performance of the job duties, violation of the Employment Agreement provisions, local regulations and requirements of the RF legislation as specified by the RF Labor Code.


EMPLOYEE’S JOB DUTIES
• Supports all Integrity and Programmatics teams (Materials & Corrosion, Machinery, Instrument & Controls, Measurement) teams, including supervisors in preparing internal and external reporting of data and results
• Populate monthly, quarterly and annual reports including OIMS KPI, F&O, OIC, OISM V&M, quarterly FIMS program KPI. Rwquires gathering information from other reports and getting updates from the engineers
• Verify PM completion and cost information from SAP
• Coordinate FIMS annual program reviews for all FIMS programs
• Manage FIMS database for Cat 1/2 SHE risks, Financial Exposures and P&B
• Support OIMS assessment, as needed and maintain evidence book
• Coordinates preparation of regulatory documentation
• Assists Integrity team, ensuring all can utilize Meridium, SAP, and CPDM applications
• Assists Integrity and Programmatics teams to load, archive, and format data
• Assists Integrity and Programmatics supervisors to gather costs from various program owners and populating FIMS charts during P&B
• Other duties as required and determined by Department in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
• Employee is responsible for conscientious performance of his/her duties in accordance with Russian Labor Code
• Any other reasonable tasks and duties as required and determined by Department in accordance with applicable rules and regulations;
• To attend all mandatory for employees Company training programs and seminars, including computer-based programs;
• To perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries, near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others’ working places if witnessed.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIRED
• Diploma or degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Management
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
• Good English language skills
• Good computer skills - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes
• Good time management and organization skills
•Ability to set priorities
• Organized and methodical
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Initiative and ability to search for information


RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
• Two (2) years of experience in computerized data management
