The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
This position is to act as Factory Leader for SWAT with responsibility for none core SWAT Deliverables: - Product Definition Letter (PDL) response co-ordination with Module Leaders, attendance at PDL Reviews, completion of Cross Car Line and Existing Product PDL's - Manage and maintain Resource levels and associated tracking and RTO calculators, including updates from Vehicle Cycle Plan, and agree with SWAT team headcount required to deliver the cycle plan. - Manage SWAT response to Global Business Expansion (GBE) enquiries and drive Original OEM Quality and Behaviours into GBE relationships. - Manage, collate and escalate Accommodation issues, desk layout plans and audit info and take lead responsibility for SWAT Office Moves - Be Single Point of Contact for SWAT Factory activities in reporting forums. - Manage multiple budgets including Resource, Travel, Consumables, Capital and Outsource, including next FY Forecasts and order completion/progression where applicable."

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications: - High drive, self-motivated, proactive and able to deliver with minimum supervision. - Adaptable team player - Good influencing skills - Able to communicate confidently at all levels within the business - Project Management - Candidates must be committed, flexible and able to work under pressure. - Organised with good records management - Good PC skills essential, especially MS Office"

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or Business is preferred but not essential for role
