The Company:
An established exploration & production in oil and gas company is seeking "FEED Representatif / Project Eng. Export Pipeline (Expat)"

The Role:
FEED Stage
To support company WP leader and project manager in managing and supervising FEED contractor in relation to the pipeline / riser / flowlines & installation work package :
To act as single point of contact between company and contractor during FEED execution
Follow up FEED execution activities to ensure full alignment with company basic engineering design and project schedule
Ensure proper liaison through timely, effective and complete flow of information between company and contractor
Monitor alignment of contractor with contractual terms, conditions and company's requirements
At FEED completion and before starting the execution the role will be converted into project engineer export pipelines installation

EPCI stage
To provide specialist engineering input into the detailed engineering design of export pipelines. To ensure that contractor designs and specifications meet project requirements and industry best practice. To supervise export pipelines installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures and providing technical support as required.

Main Accountabilities and responsibilities :
FEED stage
The job holder is responsible for :
Being the liaison between FEED contractor and WP leader in all company corporate functions
Being informed of contractor execution plan, management decisions, as well as contractual milestones in order to participate in meetings between FEED contractor and EPC / EP contractor and provide feedback to WP leader
Evaluating / approving the definition of a plan by FEED contractor package manager in order to monitor the contractual performance based on established KPI'S and contractual milestone
Examining and agreeing all technical and cost change notices with FEED contractor package manager before being submitted to WP leader
Supporting the FEED contractor package manager in expediting external issue (i.e. interfaces with local authorities / regulatory bodies)
Supporting the WP leader in assessing the FEED contractor manpower requirement
Approving cost and schedule reports by FEED contractor in order to satisfy / support overall project assessment and submit to WP leader
Attend specific meetings between FEED contractor and EPC / EP contractor with a cost / schedule / quality bias as well as technical subjects.

EPCI stages
Overall technical integrity of pipelines design premises, design, structural and flow assurance behaviour
Underwater pipeline compliance with international standards, company guidlines and engineering best practice
Accuracy of underwater pipeline cost and schedule estimates
Design premises definition of onshore and offshore pipelines (structural and flow assurance aspects)
Defining and specifying geotechnical and geophysical surveys
Defining pipeline route
Internal design and subcontracted design supervision
Material selection and specification
ITT preparation and bid technical evaluation
Planning, review and follow up of pipeline purchasing, construction & commissioning
Flow assurance follow up from design to start up
Timelines and accuracy of installation control information provided, including : cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification
Monitoring installation activities controlling that their execution is in line with project plans and highlighting any possible deviations suggesting possible solutions
Verifying installations works compliance with project specifications, company procedures
Preparation of daily installation reports
Contractors daily progress report review and acceptance
Managing supervision team verifying that all the installation activities are performed according to specifications
Interfacing with the installation contractor during offshore operations
Verify the compliance of installation activities wih the relevant HSEQ regulations

Specific Accountabilities and responsibilities :
Monitoring and assessing contractor contractual performance, quality processes and schedules and manages KPI's evaluation processes
approving contractor timesheets
Approving contractor monthly progress and milestone certificates

Safety responsibilities :
HSES awareness in all duties and activities / compliance enforcement with general HSES rules. Comply with requirements of the safety, health and environmental laws of Indonesia and to obey the corporate policy of company on HSE and to practice company safety system.

Main interfaces :
Company : WP Leader, project manager, contract holders and HSE staff unit members throughout the organization
Contractor : All members of the contractor organization on a daily basis and with attendance / participation at meetings between FEED and EPC / EP contractor management
External
Local authorities and regulatory bodies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The job holder must have an engineering or technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
Experience in project engineering in a major oil and gas company
Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil and gas industry both offshore and onshore
Not less than 7 years of experience of working experience with contractors and supervising the contractors in pipelines and risers installation
Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The job holder must have proven :
Good knowledge and understanding of the contractual terms, conditions and requirements and the particular scope of work to be performed by contractor
Good knowledge and understanding of the integration testing, installation, offshore installation supervision
Good abilities to read, understand, interpret and write reports and documentation
Good communication skills at all levels
Experience of working in multi-national environment
