The Company:
Our client, an LNG company, is currently looking for a FERC Compliance Coordinator to join their team.

The Role:
The FERC Compliance Coordinator will assist the FERC Compliance Manager in maintaining the Liquefaction and Phase II Modification Project schedule by ensuring that the Conditions of the FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) Authorization Order are met as prescribed. The position will have a primary focus on engineering and technical aspects of the project and will support environmental matters as necessary. This position is part of the Liquefaction PMT (Project Management Team), reporting directly to the FERC Compliance Manager.

This position reports to the FLNG Liquefaction Project FERC Compliance Manager.
This position interfaces with the PMT and CMT (Construction Management Team), contractor counterparts, consultants, outside counsel, FERC staff and other agencies as required.

Meet all engineering measures and conditions of the FEIS (Final Environmental Impact Statement) and Order.
Provide support as required to meet all environmental regulatory measures and conditions of the FEIS and Order.
Track all FERC related project deliverables including drawing changes and change logs.
Respond to FERC and other agency data requests.
Meet with FERC auditors as required.
Assist the FERC Document Control Specialist with the maintainence of the technical regulatory database.
Review all documents to be included in FERC submittal packages.
Participate in weekly Engineering staff meetings and monthly Regulatory Compliance meetings.
Perform site walk downs as necessary.
Provide Project status reports with respect to regulatory issues.
Will be delegated as FERC Compliance lead when FERC Compliance Manager is out of the office.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Technical degree or in the process of earning one
- Engineering design background: Piping Design background highly preferred
-CAD experience
