The Company:
Our client is one of the world's largest integrated energy companies conducting business in countries all around the globe. They are engaged in every aspect of the crude oil & natural gas industry, including exploration & production, manufacturing, marketing & transportation, chemicals manufacturing & sales, geothermal, power generation, renewables & advanced technologies.

The Role:
To integrate all activities into one deliverable plan by co-ordinating between the customers, other plan developers and all the activity execution departments.

1. Ensure all safety critical tasks are in compliance.
2. Ensure proper roll over from the frozen month of the 90d plan to 14d planning. Liase with the Iraq/Basra planning engineer to ensure consistency between the 14d plan and 90d plan and shutdown milestones.
3. Conduct pre-90d plan meeting.
4. Develop, issue and maintain the cluster level 14 days Integrated activity plan (IAP) including time and resources. Organise effective weekly 14d plan meetings, prioritise and integrate corrective activities with plan activities.
5. Integrate activities at equipment level and maintain Assets register, master data clean up and maintain minimum backlog

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- HND in Engineering discipline
- Previous planning or programming experience is essential.
- Incumbent shall posess a sound knowledge of major planning software
- Computer literacy required
- 10 to 15 yrs of Production Operations experience
- Experience with Integrated commissioning & Start-up and production activites
- Teamwork skills, with ability to perform as a member of a diverse team.
- Good understanding of operations HSE management systems.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Ability to mentor, coach and motivate less experienced staff.
- Ability to provide on the job training experiences for own staff.
