The Company:
Our client is a leading Global Oil and Gas Operating Company.

The Role:
This is a PSCM position that reports directly to the Anchorage PSCM Lead Contract Administrator. The Field CA also has a daily working report to the North Slope Construction Manager and or delegate. This position does not have direct reports.
Purpose of role:
Administer Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) and Project Authorizations (PA’s) in support of CAMs and Technical Representatives (e.g. Project Leads / Managers) to assure that contract administrative requirements are met in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. Position performs invoice reviews as directed. The position provides PSCM Field Contract Administration support to Construction Engineers and Construction Leads on the North Slope.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• Review invoicing and assure compliance with contract terms.
• Assure correct invoice inputs through field review of headcount, billeting, man hours, equipment usage etc against contract (PA) terms and schedules.
• Review and Assure contract budgets and expenditures
• Establish with contractors Key Performance Indicators and follow performance periodically during execution, including incentives
• Assure proper invoice documentation is followed and support any audits as required
• Assure proper insurance/guarantees coverage is maintained as per contract terms
• Ensure Management of Changes are done properly with each contract and anticipates any change during contract execution. Work with Contractor and PSCM Project Coordination to make any required changes to the contract
• Ensure that contractor work, reporting, scheduling, progressing payments and close-out are performed in accordance with contract requirements.
• Work with Project Lead, Construction Management, PSCM Project Coordinator and Contractor to ensure detailed reviews of all JIN’s, RFI’s / BARS entries that have a commercial / contractual impact. Ensure appropriate back-up documentation and justification is provided.
