The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Field Quality operates the Quality Management Module (QMM) process to achieve timely eradication of customer issues.
The Field Quality Engineer supports the Senior Field Quality Engineer to operate the process and therefore directly contributes to the
resolution of customer problems.

1) Identifying, collating and assessing customer concerns.
2) Ensuring all significant customer concerns are understood by the business and accurately defined.
3) Problem management of all customer concerns.
4) Reporting problem resolution status.
5) Interfacing with Engineering, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing to ensure robust resolution of problems.
6) Input to new model projects.
7) Provide technical support to Technical Service Centre.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering/ Technical related subject. Also the Engineer should be able to demonstrate problem solving,
data analysis and decison making skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Problem solving and problem management skills.
Presentation skills.
PC Skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
Positive and self-motivated team player with experience of team working and facilitation.
Willingness to be flexible to meet frequently changing priorities.
Ability to liaise between all levels of the organisation.
Excellent co-ordinating, organising skills and communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks.
Broad Technical and analytical skills.
Motor vehicle or technical background is desirable.
