The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
As a home based, field service engineer, you will be responsible for servicing QCS, OCS and WIS systems on customer sites.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Manage service contracts to the scope of supply
- Provide Technical support for the team and customers
- Maximise the scope of the existing service portfolio
- Have a professional approach to all activities on customer sites.
- Share market intelligence with Account Managers
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, Safety Procedures and Accountability Policies
- Understand Customer Service principles in their effect on the business
- Interact and manage key customers and their expectation of the service products
- Ensure legal compliance for customers
- Be responsive to customer requests

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HND in Electrical or Measurement & Control Engineering
Excellent customer focus
Results Orientated

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Paper Industry
