The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
• Visit UK, Overseas and offshore customer sites to deliver routine preventative and corrective maintenance on customer installed machines in line with processes.
• Undertake condition based monitoring and analysis activities on installed machines.
• Installation & Commissioning of upgraded and new machines.
• Emergency support contact for supporting remote and on site customer needs including future 24/7 coverage
• Technical and administrative reporting to required standard
• Produce RAM’s for yourself and team working activities.
• Customer liaison for technical discussions, presenting findings and general communications
• Obtain feedback and circulate reports with recommendations for improvements to customer service.
• Provide feedback and capture details on installed base to identify future business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills to the job role.
• Required to work in a variety of industries including offshore, overseas and domestic sites.
• Regular travel and away from home working will be required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Qualified to a minimum ONC/HNC level on Electrical / Electromechanical discipline
• Must be able to work at height and travel by sea vessel.
• Demonstrable experience in Vibration Analysis and use of laser Alignment Equipment.
• Experience of servicing or installing, in an industrial environment, motors and/or machines
• Experience of working within the offshore and/or Wind Generation sector is a distinct advantage.
• Experience of working within an Oil & Gas / Petrochem Environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of machine / motor technology and installed applications essential.
• Knowledge of Machines and / or services would be an advantage.
• Knowledge / Experience of High Voltage testing of Electrical Machines to 15KV.
• Good customer and networking skills
• Good reporting skills
