The Role:
Central of Bangkok

1. Field Service Representative (Sales Area)

Main Job Responsibilities:
o Integrate knowledge of products, programs and solutions, and competition in developing plans to achieve sales objectives.
o Retain, penetrate and grow existing client’s accounts with a goal to meet/exceed sales objectives.
o Gain new business through focused and targeted prospecting and continuous involvement in the marketplace.
o Grow sales by defining actions that upgrade current programs and create added value customers.
o Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer.
o Perform activities that create a high level of customer satisfaction including the provision of rapid response, excellent results, valued added services, and effective customer communication and relationships.
o Conduct business reviews with customers, identify needs, problems and goals and develop a specific plan of action.
o Identify and problem solve current cleaning problems and develop a resolution plan, coordinating with appropriate support groups (R&D, engineering).
o Analyze problem areas pertaining to accounts reference operational costs and results and take prompt corrective action.
o Must possess mechanical reasoning ability and exhibit problem solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment and dispensing systems; in addition, to your outstanding consulting skills.
o Primarily driving to variety of customer sites, including food service and institutional settings. Access to kitchen, maintenance, and involving slippery and/or dirty conditions.
o Bachelor’s Degree
o Some sales experiences related to the industries of foodservice, food operation, hospitality or territory management
o Good interpersonal skills
o Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
o Self leadership and ability to work independently
o Problem solving and decision making skills
o Analytical skills
o Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking working environment
