The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
An immediate opportunity has become available to join our Client's Finance team with the day to day administration for a major Oil and Gas Project.

As the Finance Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Reconciling and collation of labour hour reports
• Identifying and amending discrepancies in labour hour reports
• Liaison with Human Resources and Project Managers
• Invoice generation and billing to client
• Ad-hoc responsibilities to assist the Finance team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated competency in accounts processing including billing and reconciliations
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Computer proficient in all Microsoft Packages
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
• Understanding of SAP
