The Company:
Our client is a large Owner/Operator with their Canadian operations based out of Calgary, AB. They are one Canadas largest integrated oil companies focusing on the exploration and production of oil, natural gas and sulphur. Their projects are located throughout Canada focusing on the Oil Sands, as well as Natural Gas extraction throughout Alberta and BC.

The Role:
As a Finance Administrator SAP your main duties will involve:
• Verify and approve contractor time in SAP
• Verify that charges for time, equipment, and materials are accurate against vendor contracts
• Add time, equipment, and materials to Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
• Identify charges for daily accruals
• Create and approve service entries
• Match service entries to invoices for payment through IPortal
• Identify issues and escalate to the Lead when required
• Miscellaneous reconciliation, entry, and administration duties as needed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As a Finance Administrator SAP you will have experience:
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to work under time constraints; need to manage a large number of transactions on a daily basis
• Extreme accuracy is needed, paying close attention to detail
• Sound discretion in handling confidential information
• Accounts Payable experience would be beneficial
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience using SAP would be an asset
