The Role:
To assist the finance department with accounting duties for Baku operations. Duties include dealing with invoices, petty cash, visiting the bank and making BACS payments through HSBC. Carry out general administration tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Accounting Duties:
•Analysing company expenses for payment.
•Process petty cash expenses.
•BACS payments via HSBC.
•Communicate with and visit the bank.

Invoice Duties:
•Entering invoices through IFS.
•Processing bank statements in IFS
•Coding invoices for entry into IFS.
•Create to do for invoices and send to buyer.
•Ensure invoices match purchase order and sort out variables as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Problem solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Highly motivated individual who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
- Organisational skills.
- Have urgency about work.
- Ability to learn new skills effectively.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in accounts/ finance department
