The Role:
Prepare payment list to upload to bank systems (online banking) and coordinate with the banks for releasing payments, WHT certificate/report preparation.
Prepare cheques or TT form and timely release to vendors or payees.
Coordinates with bank pertaining inward, outward and internal transfer transactions.
Prepares and maintain weekly cash flow report and monthly bank reconciliation.
Provide a daily payment report as well as scanned copy of payment document to Head Office
Coordinates and answer inquiries from vendors for payment status
Files and maintains all paid invoices, WHT certificates and tax invoices
Assist senior accountants in preparation of monthly VAR and WHT filing
Provides support for the processing if accounts payable and accounting systems.
Performs other financial duties as may be assigned by Finance Manager and Senior Accountants.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or finance and have basic understanding of finance, accounting and Thai Taxation
Minimum 2 years experiences of account payable function and on cashier position.
Experience in set up and dealing online banking environment is an advantage
Must be able to operate MS Excel, MS Word efficiently.
Good communication skill in English-both writing and speaking
Reliable, fast learner, well organized and good time management
Good interpersonal skill with excellent working attitude and ability to work with people who came from difference levels.
Excellent presentation; interpersonal skills; must have self-confidence; willing to work hard; a good sense of humor but serious about the quality and excellence work.
