The Role:
Provide financial leadership to Plant Manager and plant leadership teams
• Capital investment economic analysis
• Productivity reporting and analysis
• Lead and support site forecasting processes
• Annual Operating Plan
• Monthly/Quarterly Plant Spending and Variances
• Strategic Planning (STRAP)
• Manage monthly accounting processes
• Month-end close
• Balance Sheet account reconciliations
• Product costing
• Variance analysis
• Balance Sheet analysis
• Property, Plant and Equipment accounting
• Create and maintain a strong internal controls environment
• Ensure compliance with corporate controls policies
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
• Provide controls guidance to organization on current and future processes
• Maintain and submit for approval quarterly schedules
• Schedule of Executive Authority (SEA)
• Account reconciliation scorecard
• Representation letter, reviewed and signed in conjunction with Plant Manager
• Internal controls scorecard
• Attend, participate in and/or actively lead regular monthly calls
• PMT Corporate Controller meeting
• Monthly ISC operations review
• Flash calls
• Month-end closing summary
• Others as necessary
• Liaises with external contacts to comply with local and corporate requirements
• Thailand Board of Investors (BOI) to maximize tax holiday and exemptions for new and existing products, materials and equipment
• Revenue Department
• External auditors
• Development of financial resources to maximize employee contributions and effectiveness
• To ensure Finance employees understand, implement, maintain and comply all Honeywell’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Security policies, procedures, work instruction, standards or best practices and applicable law & regulations, related to their job/function.
• Other special projects and/or analysis as needed or requested.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Leadership — ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Business acumen — ability to help leadership teams create business objectives and then translate these into site and finance function specific goals and programs. Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than the finance function.
• People focus — ability to interact effectively with all levels of the PMT business.
• Presentation — good verbal and written communication skills. English is required.
• Six-Sigma — Greenbelt certification or equivalent process improvement background.
• Strong work ethic — ability to manage multiple, critical projects simultaneously. Must enjoy and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity and experience with foreign exchange, hedging and currency translation exposures.
• Sound knowledge of internal controls and corporate governance.
• Experience in plant operations with a focus on inventory management and controls.
