The Role:
A great opportunity arising- a full time Finance /office Assistant for a Brisbane based office in inner south


Three key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Office Administration: Ensure smoothly running a small office; organising files and folder; Placing stationary order; Emailing response; Ensure invoices and receipts to be issued and received on time; Database Maintenance

Finance Assistance: Assisting with loan documents; Organising meetings and appointments to make sure deadlines are met; Assisting with maintaining customer relationship and expanding the business network.

Reception and Customer Service: Meeting and greeting clients; Arranging couriers; Keeping the reception area tidy; Answering and forwarding phone calls; Screening phone calls; Sorting and distributing post

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Tertiary education in finance or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 yrs in office administration
- knowledge of loans would be an advantage
- Effective communication skills
