The Company:
My client are a supplier of services to the Automotive sector, within the UK, based in Coventry. They are currently growing and therefore expanding.

The Role:
Based in Coventry, my client, a sub-assemblies business, providing services to the automotive sector, is seeking to recruit a Financial Accounts Officer for their HQ / Coventry site.

This role has a dual function. In the short-term you will be responsible for supporting with accounts receivable and payable activities. You will form part of a small and relatively new team.

Types of activities, will include, but not be limited to:

* Raising invoices
* Inputting invoices onto the sales ledger
* Allocating cash received
* Credit control
* Compiling weekly statements
* Presenting monthly audits and reports
* Reconciliations

The internal accounts system is BAAN, but experience in this particular software is not essential and training will be provided.

The longer-term view will be recruit for a section leader for the team, and ideally the interim contractor, will be seeking to transition in to a broader, more senior role in the long term. For this reason, the client is NOT looking for interim-only / career-contractors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
ACCA/ AAT Qualified or working towards
