The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Handle profit and business finance cost analysis, profit analysis and reporting activities. Provide business analysis and business finance support to all the client's business units.
1. Support the enterprise forecasting process and performance tracking and analysis; liaise with project controller and program project control office to develop the overall client company expenses and capital database, tracking of spending profile, performance analysis against plan, quantitative and qualitative variances analysis.
2. Support the annual profit and budgeting process and the rolling 5 year mid-range business planning process.
3. Provide business analysis and economic evaluation to 3rd party projects, value park projects, joint ventures, and supply chain projects; coordinate to obtain other finance functional supports as needed.
4. Develop models to forecast and reconcile pricing from the various agreements to track and forecast costs.
5. Support Manager in preparing update, reports and presentation to the Management Committee and Board of Directors.
6. Support the transaction and data reporting of the client's business value centres/performance centres management reporting system (i.e. business income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements).
7. Participate in the development of new policies & procedures for different areas of the Finance function.
8. Suggest and develop innovative systems and procedures to simplify financial transactions in the client.
9. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
• CPA/CFA (or equivalent) is preferred.
