The Company:
A major Oil & Gas Operator with extensive projects in the Caspian Region.

The Role:
Position Summary:
The role focuses on managing and delivering the Financial audit process requirement / services and acting as the main liaison with the FA Custom Inspector(s).

• Quickly gain creditability with colleagues / Government officials
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Strong sense of integrity and honesty.
• Hands on approach to work and task focused.
• Accurate and logical - able to follow prescribed processes / procedures
• Strong team player with excellent time management skills.

Main Functions / Skills / Experience:
• Fluent Kazakh & Russian; Good aural and written English.
• Contact point (liaison) for FA Custom Officials
• Minimum 3 years experience within TCO
• Intermediate system skills including MS Office suite eg Work; Excel; Outlook
• Assist in producing TCP Transaction reports, copies Service contracts, Purchase Orders etc
• Escalate custom requests internal
• Manage FA database and produce weekly / period progress reports
• Coordinate production of TCO responses to Custom Inspectors requests within prescribed timescales.
• Actively manage relationship between CA team and TCO Finance / Logistic / FCA teams for FA enquiries
• Ensure strict adherence to FA Request sign off procedure for TCO Responses
• Coordinate research, production TCO response, approval process and delivery response to Customs
• Maintain archive (e-copies / hardcopy) of all correspondence ie Official Requests & TCO Replies
