The Company:
SADARA is a Multinational Chemical company which is constructing and operating a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. This will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Financial Operations Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to the team managing liquidity of head office and/or subsidiaries ( the intercompany financing process), back-office activities for Treasury transactions and oversight of the company’s transaction banking infrastructure
2. Run Cash Management operations in a cost efficient manner in terms of people and opportunity costs, with maximum possible automated integration with other processes (AR, AP, Payroll) and in compliance with internal and external audit requirements, maintain and optimize use of e-banking systems.
3. Maintain efficient relationships with the cash management and transactional banking partners.
4. Work closely with the other Treasury processes and Finance Functions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education, Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related academic discipline, MBA and or specialized certificates desirable
Previous Treasury experience is a prerequisite and previous experience in Financial Operations in a Corporate function or banking is highly desirable. Candidates must be comfortable adhering to tight deadlines. Minimum of fourteen (14) years of work experience.
Tact and objectively in interfacing with both management and individuals at lower levels within the Company.
Skills & Certificates:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills
Strong SAP skills and other banking platforms knowledge
Mentoring and communication skills consistent with the position.
Proficient in English, Arabic would be a plus.
