The Role:

- Handle incoming support calls and emails to support
- Provide predefined solutions to known problems
- Handle license requests, user account requests and other 1st line requests
- Maintain and improve the support knowledge base
- Review internal support requests (completeness check)
- Monitor the status of systems hosted by the company and flag problems

Job requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent
- Technical background and experience to effectively carry out the listed responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem solving ability and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcomed. Yes, your CGPA counts
