The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
•Responsibility and coordination of drug & alcohol administrative process including:
•Generate list of names for random testing for Perth CBD
•Liaise with site AOD Admins to generate list of names for random testing on site.
•Telephone & emailing candidates for testing, advising of appointment schedule.
•Coordinating additional Supervisor and Employee/Contractor Drug and Alcohol Awareness training sessions
•Liaising will BSS to schedule dates for all additional and On boarding Drug and Alcohol Awareness training sessions
•Liaising with Case Management Coordinator and Fitness For Duty Coordinator with drug & alcohol results
•Liaising with contract medical provider in relation to drug & alcohol results
•Provide administrator support in relation to drug & alcohol stats collection.
•Responsibility and coordination of the Healthy Lifestyle appointment scheduling:
•Schedule appointments for workforce for all Healthy Lifestyle appointments
•Liaise with Fitness for Duty Coordinator and contract Occupational Health Physician regarding scheduled appointments.
•Provide administrator support in relation to Healthy Lifestyle stats collection
•Liaise with contract medical providers as appropriate regarding requested services Develop procedures and tracking spreadsheets related to Healthy Lifestyle programme.
•Provide Fitness for Duty administrative support to the Health & Medical Team including:
•In conjunction with Medical Administrator, with providing confidential administrative support to Case Management Coordinator for Injury Management process, for Emergency Response

Medicals and Emergency Medical planning process Provide Administrative support to Medical Administrator duties including:
•Coordinating and arranging all medical examinations for Client's medical programmes including Pre-employment, Voluntary Health, Pre-assignment, periodic International foreign assignment and offshore medicals.
•Arranging specialist referrals as required.
•coordinating the contract Occupational Health Physician for fitness to return to work medical reviews and arranging out-sourced providers where required.
•Maintaining and tracking databases for Medical Examination Process.
•Health & Medical iWay Project Preparation and coordination of Medical meetings meetings:
•Prepare documentation, room bookings and catering
•Compile agendas and arrange presenters Actively participate in HR team meetings and monthly meetings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree
5 years minimum experience in Administrative function
Medical experience preferred but not essential Advanced Computer Literacy – utilisation of all Microsoft packages
