The Company:
Large international producer of personal protective equipment is looking for potential candidates for Fixed Gas & Flame Detection Sales Manager

Russia citizens only

The Role:
1. Visit planning & proposal preparation - 10%:
-  Daily, weekly and monthly planning of visits.
-  Prepare his own proposals and ask technical sales support (inside sales), cooperating with global and European team, if required
2. Presentations of products, project solutions, proposal discussion and negotiation and product demonstrations - 20%:
-  Presentation of products or project solutions, discussion of proposals and closing of the order
-  Proposal follow up
-  Work with inside sales and local design institutes (NII) to co-construct a project solution
3. Identify customer’s needs and problems and work with inside sales a project solution - 15%^
-  Identify customer wants, needs and problems and ensure that customer’s requirements are met
-  Identify and focus on best customers/segments in terms of profitability and potential
-  Identify new customers and partnerships with systems integrators and design institutes (NII)
-  Define Best solutions/services with inside sales and service department for target customers/segments identified
-  Communicate customer’s claims to global and European team.
-  Keep customers informed regarding problems or changes concerning order implementation (deliveries, service, etc.)
-  Obtain information and report to global and European team on competitor’s activities such as product offerings, prices, sales channels, strategies, etc.
4. Develop relationships with customers - 25%:
-  Maximize the time spent “face to face” with customers
-  Travel to visit customers according to schedule established and also when necessary.
-  Gain and maintain customer loyalty, performing corrective actions when necessary
5. Managing the FGFD sales team - 15%:
-  Hiring the sales representatives, conducting training and induction.
-  Yearly business plan creation
-  Setting team goals and record achievements.
-  Year and half year interview processing.
-  HR cooperation on employee individual development
6. Administration work and reporting - 15%:
-  Weekly report about activities with customers (visits, proposals, negotiations, claims, etc.)
-  Monthly report on status of major projects
-  Monthly report on proposals made out of the IT system
-  Collaborate with back office in obtaining administrative documentation for tender preparation
-  Monthly report of expenses
-  Help the financial department regarding payment problems and conditions from customers
7. Training - 5%:
-  Active participation in training programs organized by the company
-  Keep himself updated concerning product and marketing news received from the company
-  Keep himself updated on utilization of company’s IT systems

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education / Certifications:
-  Studies with technical background or without technical background that can be compensated with at least 5 years experience in sales of technical products (Req)
-  Metrological specialization (Pref)

Experience / Skills:
3 yr - Sales with technical content (Req)
3-5 yr - Sales of Gas detection products & solutions to end users (Pref)
Russian, Written & Spoken English (upper intermediate) (Req)
Willing to travel up to 50% (Req)
Experience in sales to industry in the sales region (Pref)
